My doctor completed an Exception Drug Status (EDS) application for the Saskatchewan Drug Plan and instructed me to take the form to the front desk so they could submit it to the Drug Plan. After they checked the application, the receptionist immediately asked me to pay a $40 fee. I asked what the fee was for, and I was told it was a charge for processing the form. dr. chan. terrible. dismissive. rude. seems to not care about patient healing. would not advise to see this doctor. 1.5/10. i think many others would rather have another doctor at this clinic rather than this grump.

Although our family doctor is here, but you never have on time appointment with Doctor. If your appointment is at 2 pm you cant be seen before 3 pm. Very poor Management, and they don’t care either. Not Recommended , until unless you have too.
