This review is for the front desk staff on Dr. Gaertner’s side. I’ve been here twice and each time both ladies at the FD have had terrible attitudes when assisting me. The customer service needs to be worked on.
I was in and out within 30 minutes (X-rays included) without an appointment. Everyone from the front desk to the techs to the doctor was incredibly kind. Highly recommend!
Absolutely horrible customer service! I've been trying to a bone stimulator for my ankle fracture and, no one ever calls back. Also, you can never just contact anyone directly on the Dr's staff. I've been into the office twice about this. When I went in on May 13, 2025, I was told that my prescription for the bone stimulator would be sent that day and, I would hear back. Here it is May 16th and once again, I've heard from no one. I like Dr Bibo as as Dr but, dealing with his office is absolutely atrocious.
Horrible care. I was limping with a boot AND crutches. They rather watch you hop around from desk because you have to go to both on either side. Dr. Gaertner was nice but the tech who assisted me before and after had an attitude about removing the dressings on my wounds from two days ago and didn’t even clean it before re-wrapping. Please see the receptionist with vape in her chest.
My daughter is here for a cheer injury and is seeing Dr. Bennett and he has a wonderful bedside manner and a welcoming personality. He made my daughter feel less scared about her treatment plan but made her feel a part of it. We had a bad experience at Towson orthopedics and we received immediate care and a treatment plan within a day with Dr. Bennett. We are so glad we found him. For the first time since her accident she actually feels good about her outlook.
