LifeBridge Health was the best physical therapy place I have gone to. The physical therapists were exceptional and they knew what they were doing. After five months of therapy following my shoulder surgery I am so much better! I can move my arm with minimal pain. They were so kind and attentive. Wonderful atmosphere.
My complaint is not against the doctor, but the facility. Since no one called me back after 2 phone calls, an email, and filling out a form to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights I decided this is the last thing I can do. My doctor told me I need surgery. THREE different people told me “Don’t call us, we’ll call you when the approvals come through just be patient.” I gave it 3 weeks, no phone call, so I called to check in and was told “oh yeah someone should have called you.” No apologies... read more
The pediatric orthopedic doctors were wonderful!!! They Made my five-year-old very comfortable !!! I highly recommend
