My complaint is not against the doctor, but the facility. Since no one called me back after 2 phone calls, an email, and filling out a form to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights I decided this is the last thing I can do. My doctor told me I need surgery. THREE different people told me “Don’t call us, we’ll call you when the approvals come through just be patient.” I gave it 3 weeks, no phone call, so I called to check in and was told “oh yeah someone should have called you.” No apologies... read more

The pediatric orthopedic doctors were wonderful!!! They Made my five-year-old very comfortable !!! I highly recommend

This review is for the front desk staff on Dr. Gaertner’s side. I’ve been here twice and each time both ladies at the FD have had terrible attitudes when assisting me. The customer service needs to be worked on. Update as of 12/2025: Nothing has been done about the lack of customer service. The black woman who works the walk in clinic registration is beyond rude. You can’t ask her a simple question without her responding with an attitude and making it seem like you asked a stupid question.
