I gave LifeBridge Health one star because of the company, not the doctors. The doctors here are wonderful. However, LifeBridge Health recently started with a third-party calling center. Since my mom passed in February, I have been living and taking care of my 85 year old father with dementia. It took me 3 calls last week (never got through) and 3 calls on Monday just to get the receptionist in Westminster to answer the phone. I see a lot of Health related problems going unanswered. Ratings need to allow negative numbers, -5 for this one. Don't ever use Lifebridge for anything, I've had way too many bad experiences. Last one I asked how much for PT and what my ins covered before I signed up for any sessions. I was told ins would cover everything and it would only be a $10 co-pay, sign here. I find out afterwards, I owe thousands (which I don't have) and my ins has every correspondence and they never said anything about a co-pay. I am tired of being mistreated at their hospital, medication never administ... read more
