As a regular donor I find this centre to be quite well managed. Most of the times staff are great and want to make sure donors get a positive experience.
Supportive staff members.
The team at Werribee centre is the greatest. They welcome you with a big smile and literally evey single staff you meet, has that smile. Extremely dedicated staff, kind and polite; they genuinely care for the community and people around them. I was late for my donation booking and they still accommodated me, constantly kept asking if I was feeling well before and after donation. Thank you very much for keeping such a great attitude towards everyone.
