As a regular donor I find this centre to be quite well managed. Most of the times staff are great and want to make sure donors get a positive experience.
Werribee donor centre has a very caring, happy and welcoming team. All nurses are amazing. Takes very good care of donors. A very neat and clean facility. Love going to this place for my plasma donation. Continue the good work. 👍❤️
The team at Werribee centre is the greatest. They welcome you with a big smile and literally evey single staff you meet, has that smile. Extremely dedicated staff, kind and polite; they genuinely care for the community and people around them. I was late for my donation booking and they still accommodated me, constantly kept asking if I was feeling well before and after donation. Thank you very much for keeping such a great attitude towards everyone.
You are always received with a warm smile, caring soul and gentle operators who hit the mark most times. I have tough veins but as mentioned they get it done. Appreciate the team at Werribee.
I absolutely love donating at the Lifeblood Werribee Donor Centre! I’m honestly excited every time I go. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and caring — you always feel so well looked after from start to finish. Everyone at the centre is wonderful, but a special shout-out to Sarah and Ebony for taking such great care of me and being so genuinely kind.
