Always happy with the service at Lifeblood Town Hall—everyone is so friendly and caring. A special mention to David, who is always super attentive, and genuinely makes every visit comfortable and even a little fun!
Fantastic donor centre!! Staff here are incredible, and the well stocked snacks + beverages are an added bonus. Jess did my blood draw and she was very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease. If you come with someone they will place you next to each other for the session after your individual ‘interviews’ which run very smoothly. Highly recommend donating regularly if you are eligible, we will definitely be back!
This Lifeblood Donation Centre at Sydney Town Hall is one of my favourite donation. The staff here are great in a Sunday, which is day that I come to donate. Jackie that normally works at reception is very welcoming, happy & helpful. The staff on the floor are also very welcoming & Greatful for every person coming in to donate Blood, Plasma & Platelets.
