Fantastic donor centre!! Staff here are incredible, and the well stocked snacks + beverages are an added bonus. Jess did my blood draw and she was very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease. If you come with someone they will place you next to each other for the session after your individual ‘interviews’ which run very smoothly. Highly recommend donating regularly if you are eligible, we will definitely be back!
This Lifeblood Donation Centre at Sydney Town Hall is one of my favourite donation. The staff here are great in a Sunday, which is day that I come to donate. Jackie that normally works at reception is very welcoming, happy & helpful. The staff on the floor are also very welcoming & Greatful for every person coming in to donate Blood, Plasma & Platelets. Was such an easy experience and James so super lovely and even let me watch the machine as he knew I was fascinated by it, it was my first time donating and chose plasma. The snacks and drinks were just an added bonus.
The donor centre was clean, welcoming, and very well organised, making the whole experience comfortable. Janine was incredibly engaging, professional, and explained every step of the donation process clearly. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent care and service.
