This place has become my regular visits at least once or twice a month to donate my plasma. Staff are very extremely professional and friendly. The cafeteria section is clean and well presented. Visitors can help themselves with free food and drink pre-donation. Staff are always friendly and lovely and will greet and guide donors and visitors throughout the whole process.
I donate plasma fortnightly and am happy to help. The staff are all friendly, and cheerful, and happy to explain any concerns the donors may have.
