The staff were rude and told me not to “waste their time” as they couldn’t find a vein for me to DONATE blood. I have donated successfully several times at other sites. So much for going out of my way to donate and help others.
Receptionist was amazing and so lovely, however I went through the entire check in and interview process (40 mins), only to be told by 3 seperate nurses that my veins were a little deep and they weren’t comfortable taking the blood. I have had multiple blood tests done by other pathologists, and NEVER has this been an issue. If our blood stores in Australia are so low, maybe hire people who actually know how to take blood.
