Like some others, I was a bit nervous before my first donation, but because of the incredibly friendly and helpful staff plus multiple donations later, I'm all too willing to keep donating for the benefit of those that need it most. Hell I'd even give up a kidney or part of my liver if they said that someone needed it to survive because why wouldn't I would give anything to help those in need. Can't wait for my next donation.

This is the 3rd time I have attended on a Friday to find there was next to no staff and a significant delay in time to donate. I was not told this prior to doing the questionnaire but I heard one patron being told so I enquired. I had popped there during my working day and can't sit there for an additional 50 minutes. I understand staff sickness butwhen this happens repeatedly and doners have to be called to cancel them then there should be provisions in place. friendly and welcoming team. I was nervous in that morning. Terribly, I did not have much food and water in that morning which was my fault. Luckily, I was patiently guided to sit on the side for snacking and intaking more water before the donation. The experience from the beginning to the end is awesome. It does encourage me more for donation more blood in the future. Thank you Guys :)
