This was my first time donating plasma. Staff took great care of me every step of the way. They made sure I had every thing I needed, answered my questions, and offered me drinks and snacks. I found it easy to book, the procedure ran on time, and was actually quite an easy and straightforward process. Staff were warm and friendly. I truely felt valued and appeciated. I will be back again soon.
Friendly staffs! They were always helpful and communicating to make sure everything was alright and take good care of our wellbeing.
