My first time back to give Plasma and was looked after by Kayla she was so nice to deal - with very professional, the Manager and all the Ladies are wonderful - great atmosphere
Been there twice, bookings never in the system, poorly managed.
I donated blood for the first time six months ago, and again recently this year. Both times I went, the team made me feel very calm and comfortable throughout the process, given the environment typically might make someone quite nervous. I would happily go back, and recommend anyone go here if they were thinking about donating blood. Thank you LMDC!
