as my first time donating blood, it was such a memorable experience, all the staff were so sweet and supportive. helen in particular was super sweet !!!
I always have such a great experience at this blood donation centre. All the staff who take your blood are so lovely, welcoming and easy to chat to — they always make the process feel comfortable and positive. It’s always a delight seeing Louisa at the front desk too, she is friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment she greets you.
