Blood donation takes approximately 30 minutes. Staff are very friendly and professional. You can enjoy unlimited snacks and drink after the donation. The new building entrance is amazing!
I came with my friend as a support person and truly we had the most wonderful experience. She was apart of the iron infusion trial program and everyone we interacted was lovely as so caring, my friend who was so anxious before was able to be relaxed and felt safe and cared for. Huge shoutout to Marina, she was our one to one nurse and was so lovely. Checking in the whole way and so sweet. Any other team we interacted with during the experience was also so kind. Thanks heaps to everyone!
