Really lovely staff and volunteers, and there's clearly effort, time and funds put towards ensuring this donation site is clean, comfy and welcoming. I'd had a tough first donation before coming here, and the staff did a great job making sure my second try was a rousing success. Thanks so much legends!
Welcoming and patient staff ❤ My first time donating plasma, which is a much longer process than a blood donation - The staff made me feel at ease throughout.

Friendly staff, organised. I was in and out in a relatively short time. They gave me a gift for my 25th donation.
Kurt and the team provided exceptional service, especially for my first donation. Will be back!
