Everyone thinks my blood donation is a waste of time and brings no benefit, but I personally feel so cared for. The donor center seemed to realize my English isn't great, so they spoke very clearly and used a lot of body language. They reminded me to speak up if the heat pack was too hot or if I wanted some coffee milk. I even received a certificate of appreciation, which I’ve hung on my wall. Been going here for 2-3+ years. Amazing hospitality. Very kind, welcoming, friendly. Staff have always been the utmost polite and warm regarding visits, questions and general interactions. A fine place, very clean, and always inviting.
Came in for a blood donation and Fiona was very patient and made the whole experience perfect. Highly reccomend
This centre is by far the best I've been too. The parking situation is atrocious though. Paid parking. 30mins free. But plasma donations are usually longer than that. Liverpool is about annoying as Parramatta to be in. But the centre. Makes up for all that.
