Very pleasant experience.
As a first timer to donate blood the Liverpool team was thorough and friendly from allowing me time to ask questions and checking in throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised the process didn’t hurt at all and there was a snack station afterwards to rest and relax afterwards. Very clean centre I’ve booked my next appointment to donate plasma thank you!
