Great place to donate, friendly staff and very helpful and friendly
Jemilla is one of the best staff members I’ve ever met at Lifeblood. She is very professional, friendly, and always greets people with a warm smile. Her service is quick, clear, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She is also very helpful in explaining the process patiently, making everything feel easy and not confusing at all. Her genuine and caring attitude truly created a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much, Jemilla, for your outstanding service.

Friendly professional staff with a calm atmosphere
The staff here are amazing and do a fabulous job despite the incredible strain and workload they are under. Although, I would not give their management even one star I have to say....the shortage of staff is just heartbreaking. When I have asked these beautiful staff if they have had a break, the answer is often no. It is upsetting that these great workers who are doing such important work for the community are not being cared for by their management...deplorable.
