The staff here are amazing and do a fabulous job despite the incredible strain and workload they are under. Although, I would not give their management even one star I have to say....the shortage of staff is just heartbreaking. When I have asked these beautiful staff if they have had a break, the answer is often no. It is upsetting that these great workers who are doing such important work for the community are not being cared for by their management...deplorable.
Been coming here for over 10 years now (if you count the Bathurst St one as well) and the staff are friendly and usually always willing to stab you with a needle.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, were happy to answer all questions I had both before, during and after the donation.
I've been Donating at Hobart for a few yrs now, I've never had a bad experience. Staff are Friendly & Welcoming. Excellent selection of treats to help replenish the Blood loss! Knowing I'm helping save lives will keep me Donating (Whatever Is needed) until I'm no longer able. Thanks for the Exceptional Service😎
My first ever blood donation was plasma. Ultra professional reception staff and health professionals to explain the process and look after me throughout the process. Fully recommend.
