Friendly reception from this Red Cross donor centre in Canberra. Minimal waiting time and efficient pre-donation interview as well as very comfortable donation session. The staff were real nice.
Lifeblood are always professional and friendly. The staff are all superb, make you feel welcome and appreciated. If you're thinking of donating for the first time I strongly recommend it. They will help you every step of the way. And provide yummy snacks afterwards!
