Donating here is always seamless and pleasant. The staff are professional and friendly and it is a very positive, relaxed work culture to sit amongst while donating plasma and blood. I rarely have to wait long and my donations are generally over much quicker than the expected duration for plasma donations.
Friendly reception from this Red Cross donor centre in Canberra. Minimal waiting time and efficient pre-donation interview as well as very comfortable donation session. The staff were real nice.
