wonderful place, beautiful people.
Very convenient location accessible by train, bus and car. The place is located inside the shopping precinct and there is also a lift in the shopping centre. The facility is very efficient and inspite of its small overall size, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my donation was completed.
Rose is the GOAT! The most skilled person who's ever taken blood from me - out of maybe 40 donations. I barely knew the needle went in and could feel nothing while the blood was being taken from me. What a pro!
I underwent a plasma treatment at this clinic and unfortunately suffered permanent skin damage (haemosiderin staining) following the procedure. Since then, I have spent significant time and money seeking treatment and trying to resolve the issue. I was led to believe that assistance with compensation would be available, but after months of communication I have been left without a practical resolution.
