I visited the Chatswood Donor Centre today at 1:00 PM and had a shocking experience with the receptionist. Because of a language barrier, I politely asked her to repeat herself. Instead of being helpful, she became aggressive and raised her voice, to the point where other staff members had to intervene. To make matters worse, while I was speaking to the other staff, she was making sarcastic laughs and strange noises at me. I went to donate blood for the first time this week, and the staff were super friendly and informative of the process, making sure I was comfortable throughout, especially Lucas! The snacks provided after are tasty and plentiful. Thank you so much, I’ll be back as soon as I can ❤️🩹
