The donor centre is fairly new and updated. The staff were so kind and helpful, enjoyed themselves and made me even want to work there! I have donated several times at a different location and always found it a really tiring experience and knew that i could not be in a rush as it would take so long. Not at this centre! Still excited — I successfully donated blood today! 🩸 My first attempt at the Ringwood centre didn’t work out because my veins are quite small, so this time I chose a 5-star donation centre. Shaye was incredibly professional — truly a “one-needle wonder” (in chinese 一針見血🤣) . I was able to complete a full whole blood donation thanks to her skill. All the staff were also very kind and supportive. It was such a positive experience overall. See you again in three months! 💪
Had a really positive experience at the Camberwell Lifeblood Donation Centre. The staff were genuinely friendly, calm, and made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Even during a busy period, it felt well staffed and efficient.
