Many times gave donate whole blood but this is First time donating plasma, and it was a great experience. The nurses were incredibly supportive, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend it to others.
My partner and I regularly come here to donate. The atmosphere is good, the staff are kind and welcoming, and the snacks after donating are certainly much appreciated. The facilities are well kept and there is undercover on-site parking for donors. If you’re considering donating blood then Lifeblood Bundoora is definitely the place to do it.
