First time donating plasma. The nurses were incredibly supportive and reassuring. I had a great experience
Friendly staff! Very clean and organised space. Great experience every time. A great reason to donate blood: the awesome snacks! 2hour parking across the road or free undercover parking in the basement. Wheelchair accessible (elevator)
Very well set up and modern - great way to give back to society
It’s always a party at the blood bank. I don’t remember there being hot party pies and pasties available last time I gave plasma. The staff here are absolutely amazing. I plan to get myself on that Donor Legends board.
Really friendly staff. There are reserved carpark for donors underneath the building, really handy. It was my first time and they made the journey really comfortable. Booked online via their website. Plenty of food and drinks.
