Excellent experience. Frank is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your lifestyle, mindset, and goals (both for the session and longer term) in order to best meet your needs. I left with homework and advice that will make a long-term difference in posture and general body health. My session with Frank helped work out some emotional sticking points and allowed me to really be present and connect with my mind and body during the session. Would recommend every time.
The tagline is true! I always feel restored after my visit! Frank’s knowledge and intuition are both extensive. He can find trouble spots you didn’t even know you had, and he provides many helpful analogies and tips for self-care once you get off the table. If you’re struggling with a problem, I think you’ll be equally pleased with your results as I have mine.
I have found my new massage therapist! Before I even said anything, Frank said “neck and shoulder issues yeah?”, which is exactly why I had come. He looked at my posture and quickly pointed out some areas for improvement. Years of desk work have impacted me clearly and I’m excited to begin working with Frank to help me alleviate some ongoing issues by addressing the root causes. His space is very calming and he clearly loves what he does.
Excited to report that my mom is pain free after her appointment. He knows that he is doing and gives lots of care.
Frank was excellent! Responds quickly to all messages & has flexible booking hours. He really knows his stuff and truly gives you your full time on the table. I look forward to my next session.
