Frank is medically informed and clearly an expert who loves what he does. I can highly recommend him to anyone with actual physical issues. As others have mentioned, Frank takes time for an actual assessment that guides the sessions. Not your usual three questions and then you get “the usual”.
Experience a very personal journey into your body. Whatever you think you know, will be enhanced. This is like no other "massage" that is out there. It is a disservice to Frank to call himself a masseuse. Frank is a healer. I booked my first appointment with Life4orce touch expecting a massage for aches and pains in my back. Imagine my surprise when I was provedided with a thorough assessment of my posture, worldview, and mental state. My entire experience with Frank was exceptional. From the moment I arrived he made me feel confident in his skill and deep dedication to helping people. I was surprised and so grateful that he gave me tips to improve my posture on a daily basis! I will definitely be using those tips. He asked me so much about myself so our session consisted of physical care as well as emotional care. AND... he had chocolate for me. Can't really beat that. Thank you SO MUCH Frank!!!
Frank is very knowledgeable and trained across a range of massage therapy techniques. He has an attentive holistic approach, and takes time to evaluate how best to help his client. After one session, I felt more flexibility and range of my motion in my shoulders and back. Frank also provided useful tips on modifying posture, sitting habits, and ways to carry out some other day-to-day activities to lessen strain on the body and reduce pain. I very much appreciate the help he provided.
