It's hard to put into words how I felt walking out of Frank's studio yesterday. As a person of considerable size, I carry not just that physical pain, but the emotional pain as well. Frank was very welcoming and made sure he explained why I was having some of the problems I’ve been having with my back pain. He just do a massage he actually educates you on whatever you’re going through. The energy of a person & place plays a big role in booking a service and I’ll definitely be back!!
As an athlete, recovery is everything. Frank is hands down the best massage therapist. Before seeing him I was coming home from practice tight and extremely sore. He knows exactly how to target tight spots, improve mobility, and speed up recovery time. Every session is personalized and super effective. He also gives exercises to do on your own which I have found to be incredibly helpful and boosts my performance. Highly recommend if you’re serious about staying healthy and injury free!!!
