They don't tell you if guest under 13 you have to go to handicap dressing room. Men were in there when I took my granddaughter in..door locked we couldn't get her out had to get help.
Great place, no pressure, incredibly clean, and they have superb facilities.

Finished the Beginners to 5K class last week. Took me out of my comfort zone, in a good way. I am not a runner by no means. The environment at Lifeworks made it comfortable for me to be able to go at my own pace and my own style. I'm not ready for a race....yet. But they have given me the foundation to build upon. And one day I will be. Hopefully May 22 is my goal.
