Did one psych assessment adjusted one medication then at second appointment was a phone call which ended by 6 minutes saying I was being let go from psych services through lifeworks due to "being to high acute" yet never given explanation what this meant or where I should go with being told by psych provider "I don't case manage". My family was super disappointed by this and called to voice this and ended up talking to manager of company. Can't get a hold of anyone and calls are not returned. Didn't save insurance information, once provided again, billed incorrectly. The Doctor cancelled care after a few 15 minute "sessions". Guess I'm the one person on earth who doesn't need therapy.
