they don't really do their job
One of the worst companies to deal with. As a government employee, I have had to deal with LifeWorks at several occasions. Their system and representatives do not work for clients at all. There is no way to contact anyone to bring up a concern with them. Only two phone numbers on their website (no email or mailing addresses), and one of the phone numbers seems to belong to a crisis line, the other one for businesses! They are bunch of charlatans. they get the insurance premium and don't provide any service. Someone should sue them.
