Incredibly disappointed in the business side of this company. My last appointment w/ my counselor was in June of 2017. I never contacted this office after that appointment. Received a call from the office stating they were charging me a $50 no show fee for an October 2017 appointment that I NEVER MADE. Called to dispute the charge & to inform them that I had not contacted them, let alone made another appointment with them, since earlier in the year & I was still charged a no show fee.
