My goal in writing this review is to help other parents who are searching for a reliable respite agency. I want to share my experience with this company. When it was previously known as Unlimited Possibilities, everything worked smoothly. I had no complaints, and the RWA program functioned well.Unfortunately, once the company was acquired by CHOC, everything changed. Save you and your kiddos time and find another place where you won’t get the run around
The reception staff is rude. I tired to schedule my daughter but the receptionist couldn’t find her info so I was going back and for with her pediatrician and insurance. However, her pediatrician already sent her info to be scheduled. Once they were ready to schedule they said we would have to wait 6-8 months to be seen. That wasn’t ok with me so I’m going elsewhere and got an appointment 2 weeks from now!
My child has been coming to this location for about 2 years now. The staff is excellent and responsive. My child had occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy here. Please understand that there is a shortage of therapists available in the industry. I've tried with multiple locations that are acceptable under my insurance. It is understandable to be placed on a waitlist. Please do try calling back weekly if possible, for random available sessions your child can get due to other people's cancellations. Save your time and go elsewhere. They can’t help you or your child. I waited for 4 months on a waiting list just to be told it will be another 6 months before my child can even be seen for the first time!! I wish I never waited for even a day! We coulda been in therapy for 4 months already cause every single day counts! Save your time and go elsewhere 💔💔💔
