Lauren at LifeTime Spa is exceptionally knowledgeable about human anatomy, using massage techniques that have done more for my mobility than traditional physical therapy. She truly has a gift for solving issues in my neck back and even sleep, and spotting the root of the problem. She is an institution at this spa! highly sought after, and you are incredibly lucky to snag a spot on her schedule.

The gym is wonderful, full service, excellent customer service and so many things to do. Pickleball to swimming indoor and outdoors, salon/spa, recovery, and such a variety of classes. The staff are usually very helpful and friendly as well. I’m impressed at how clean they keep the locker rooms at all times as well. I’ll continue to be here a very long time!

Walking into the club, my spirits are immediately lifted by the clean spaces and friendly faces. Upstairs, they have great classes, enough machines that I seldom have to wait, and kettlebells large enough for Thor himself (#GOALS). Roberto, Chris and Alex in Ops have always been helpful and make me feel like family. The vibes in cafe are always elevated whenever June and Jessica are working! Great club experience!!!
