I really love this Lifetime location, and up until today I had nothing but positive experiences at this beautiful Lifetime location. However, this afternoon I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a front desk attendant named Don (a middle aged white male with a bald head), and I had to leave this review in hopes that corporate will take a further look into Don to determine if there are patterns of mistreatment of guests as I am concerned he could become a liability for this Lifetime location that is otherwise phen... read more
Visited this gym from the Vernon Hills location. Very very nice facility. Tony gave us a warm welcome and gladly lead the way on an informative tour before enjoying our workout. Love the sitting areas in the sauna/cold plunge room and the nice thick towels in the locker room. Friendly atmosphere.
Place feels like home away from home. Kids academy staff are beyond excited to hang out w your children and the swim lessons staff is excellent. Shout out to Coach kelsey for being so great
Been a member for 2 years and love this gym but it’s getting very frustrating how busy it is all the time. Having to wait for a machine every single day multiple times a workout session is making me want to drop my membership. Many of my friends who are members feel the same way.
Extremely disappointing experience. What was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift turned into a moment of frustration. Upon arrival, my dad—who had a membership—was treated with such rudeness and condescension by the staff. They made him wait off to the side while other guests walked in and were welcomed and helped right away. The difference in treatment was obvious, and he left feeling racially profiled.
