I love this gym! The staff is always so kind and helpful & the instructors are the BEST! Shoutouts to my favorite instructors Oksana, Annamarie, Gabriella, and Mark The parking can sometimes be tricky at times as there are a lot of members but still worth it for how much they have to offer from their workout equipment, swimming pools, group fitness classes, recovery tools, and cafe/lounge! This club does not care about you! Its all about money! $279 for new members. $200 for the pool pass. Sickening. Corporate does not care how they treat you. They "DO NOT" care about your health or well being. Greed at its finest. Their Manager of the club Lindsey is a joke. She couldn't face me or my husband in person but tried to attack me on the phone! Great place for exercise and relaxing, they should consider fixing the showers in the male section, it’s becoming a real hassle.
Quality has been down at the LZ. Broken equipment. Missing supplies. Overcrowded. And the price keeps going up for existing members.
Great club, friendly staff and top notch cleanliness.
