I've really enjoyed my experience at Life Time Downtown. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and just the right size—not so big that it feels overwhelming, but with everything you need for a great workout. The front desk staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and engaging, which makes walking through the doors a positive experience every time. Located close to my hotel, friendly staff, lots of treadmills and free weights, spacious
