came in to ask a question before starting a membership (it’s very expensive and just wanted to know a couple details) and was told to sit and wait. staff ignored me for 30 minutes before i ended up leaving :( i came in at a busy time, so i understood, but no reassurance from staff for half an hour made me feel like they were just waiting for me to leave. i don’t think ill start a membership here
Why are there spider webs on the equipment? Upgraded my pass to go to this location and its been a disappointment. Need to take notes from the Plymouth location
I highly recommend this location. Professional staff and of course gorgeous campus of everything you can think of to give your body an excellent workout...shout out to Kyle! Always willing to go above and beyond to assist guests --a very welcoming atmosphere
