I'm writing to share some significant concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, as well as recent issues with customer service and product availability. The steam room consistently smells dirty and has visible filth on the floor and side walls. The hot tub has also had the same residue on its walls for weeks. This location is the Walmart of lifetimes. Towels and showers smell absolutely disgusting. The steam room smells like wet feet, I’ve never seen someone clean it. To top it off they are increasing their prices soon and I bet not one thing at the gym will get renovated with that money.
Works for me. Spacious, lots of machines, good feel. I don't take classes, swim, use the trainers, get massages, so can't comment on those. The Raquetball and Squash courts are underused, which is good for me as I can use them to do my Tai Chi forms. Staff are reasonably friendly and efficient.
