Over the years, I have belonged to several clubs. Since Covid, I have used the Lifetime cafeteria as my office on a daily basis, which has given me the opportunity to experience nearly all of the services. Like many others, Life Time La Jolla has become my home office. Starting with management, Jo, the General Manager, is hands-on, attentive, and consistently positive. I wanted to say that I have been a client of the hair stylist Stephanie White for several years. She had let me know of her new position with Life Time. I am so satisfied and so love the care and expertise Stephanie does with my hair, that I was willing to travel quite a ways to have her do my hair. I made an appointment a week in advance and a day or so before my appointment? I got a very disorganized message on voicemail saying I would have to change my appointment because… and this was where there were uh’s and um’s break... read more
A great way to spend the day if you love fitness and spas! I dropped in a Pilates class with Hailey as the instructor and two others, and we all had a great time. I take plentiful Pilates classes and the one she instructed was solid! And she had a very welcoming personality and was attentive about modifications/progressions when needed.
Jessie makes the best shakes at the cafe!! Also is a super kind person. Love this gym!!
