I literally go to Life Time just to train with Michelle Cobb. She’s an exceptional trainer—knowledgeable, motivating, and incredibly attentive. Michelle takes the time to explain each movement with clarity and purpose, making sure you understand proper form and feel confident throughout the workout. Every session with her is both challenging and empowering. Plus she’s really fun.
Seriously, we need to talk about the guest check-in process. We pay a premium to be members here, and the fact that guests have to download an app and jump through a bunch of hoops just to walk in the door is absolutely ridiculous. It’s by far the most overcomplicated and frustrating guest experience I’ve seen at any gym, period.
Don't buy pool pass it's free. Cancelling is a big process. They keep charging until you go through some hoops. But even with zero visits for the month they still want to keep the money and no refunds. If they get the money they keep it no exceptions is what they said. Never went cause it's super basic, drinks and food and amenities are not worth it imo. Again the pool is free y'all lmao.. do not buy a pool pass. They don't check, they kinda can't anyway with how it's set up.
I’ve been a member at Lifetime Fitness for quite some time and have watched the overall experience steadily decline. What was once a premium, exclusive gym has turned into a free-for-all. Far too many people are abusing the membership system, sharing memberships and disregarding the rules for partners or junior members. It’s taken away any sense of exclusivity.
