Not sure why the reviews are so low on this lifetime facility - I’ve been to dozens of lifetimes and this might be my fav one (if you’re ok with a parking garage and elevator). It’s spaced out so there’s tons of space - great gym floor - spaciousness and all great equipment (I do find men hit on women at this location more than normal, but that doesn’t effect me too much as a married man lol). The swimsuit dryer has been out of service for a long time, so i on the asked front desk and the answer was, I don’t know 🤷♂️ I want to used to, I responded well can you ask someone?
The steam room is consistently so hot to the point that your fingers and toes feel like they are about to explode. No matter the number of complaints reported, this matter is never addressed While the sauna doesn't get hot at all, a baby can sleep in the sauna for hours on sheer comfort due to the mild temperatures. Also, the whirlpool is often closed Lastly, they are often out of towels and washcloths I’m at a point whereas I am rethinking the membership because it’s certainly not worth the cost
