I’ve been a Lifetime member since 2019 at the Houston location. I recently moved to Utah and started using the Utah clubs, but I keep my Houston membership active since I go back and forth. That also means I’m paying about $100 more than I would if I switched fully to a Utah membership. My biggest issue is the workout class schedule here. There are barely any classes compared to Houston or other major locations. The times are honestly strange too. Very unfriendly place. Don’t bring kids and for heaven sake don’t sit on their chairs if you’re not a member, they will ask you to move. Rules and policies seem to get in the way of good customer service and making people feel welcome.
Awesome facility and the manager Miha was super helpful! I’ll be back for sure
We finally got a cold plunge pool. Took 5 years of asking for it. Now, if only members practiced etiquette and awareness of others we would have a perfect gym.
