I’ve been a member for a few years and usually go to a different location. I decided to stop by this one since I was in the area. The club looked really clean and organized and also had stacked towels which sometimes the one I go to are not. The locker room was also really clean. Joanna helped me get my stuff out of my locker since I forgot my lock combination. She was very friendly and accommodating and even brought a new towel after mine fell to the floor. 11:50 and I was told to turn around from the sauna . . If hours of operation are from 4am - 12am all commodities should able to be used until then . Especially the premium that gets paid . She was unprofessional & rude . Extremely uncomfortable . Straight harassment .
I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Kiersten at Life Time in Vernon Hills. She was incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and handled everything with genuine care and emotional intelligence. Kristen is truly a star. My first two days at this gym were a huge letdown. Day one, I was in the sauna with earphones connected to my watch, no phone on me. Another member decided to lecture me about it while he sat there texting. No staff around to say anything either way. Day two, the front desk turned me away. The employee wanted to see physical mail or a signed lease to prove my address, because my driver’s license still lists my old one. I told him I moved here two weeks ago.
