Although this Life Time location is quite small, with only one floor and lacking many of the amenities you would normally find at larger two- or three-story Life Time clubs, it still has a lot to offer! Who knew I’d ever look forward to exercising like it is a creative hobby?? This gym offers the best yoga classes with accomplished pros instructing us, in a studio that invites a meditative experience. The facility is older but well maintained, and every person who works there seems happy to see me. Love the pool for laps! I don’t use weights/cardio equipment but that area is always busy. I have zero complaints and nothing but high praise for LifeTime north Dallas-Addison.
The man's shower has been closed for over two months now.
