Recently joined the bloomingdale life time location and I love it. The gym is clean and the staff is super nice. I also had a free personal training session with Xavier. He was super helpful in understanding form while weight training. Highly recommend signing up for a session with him.

I have been a Life Time member for over 5 years, and I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The front desk employee, Cole, was very rude and unprofessional. I was speaking calmly and in a low voice, trying to understand the situation. When I asked him to explain the situation and help me understand why I could not enter with kids, he refused to provide any explanation. I joined Lifetime and visited the pool on my very first day as a new member. I spent a few hours there, went home, and that same evening my feet became extremely itchy. During the night, my hands started itching as well. The very next day I went to urgent care, where I was diagnosed with scabies. Now, on top of paying for an expensive Lifetime membership, I'm paying for urgent care, prescription medications, and treatment because of what happened after my first visit.
