Kirk from the Pickleball program is an absolute jerk who is rude to members and has a terrible attitude for the fact that we were shelling out $320 a month for a family of 4 to be there. I just canceled our membership due to an extremely rude interaction he had with my husband today on the pickleball court and will not be going back. I love the life time gym and all the great and new stuff that are there know. I just wanted to let you know that We went to the cafe and the Young man Malachi Montijo did and amazing job very helpful very kind and he made us feel so well buying stuff from there, just wanted you to let him know that he is doing a outstanding Job for sure A++++ from us.
I truly miss my Membership at Lifetime. But life is so busy. Not much time to use this great facility. One thing I want to mention. Maybe Directors are reading and waiting for feedbacks from people like me. Everyone from the staff do their work. It's seems like they are busy. But it's close to impossible to ask for help on how to use machines. It's part of their job. But as soon you start asking something, they are asking who is your trainer.
