I booked a first appointment with a hairstylist at LTF Northbrook, it was THE worst haircut I have ever had in my life!!! I shared multiple photos of MYSELF with the hair cut I wanted. I left with a haircut that did not resemble in anyway shape or form what I requested AND paid $120 for it!!! We have all had a bad haircut or 2 but this was just awful. It will take months for my hair to reach the length I requested.
Great gym and amazing staff - however there has been an ongoing issue in the locker room where guests would stay undressed and walk around shaving undressed and following you (especially if you are younger). I understand that it is a locker room but being undressed for longer than the time it takes to change your clothes and not using a towel to cover yourself and acting oblivious to what they are doing is absolutely disgusting.
