I get what I'd paid for. And it's totally worth it!
I’ve been taking a new medication that causes me to get dizzy suddenly and after working out I couldn’t shake it ,I just wanted to thank the manager Alex Eagle who amazing he helped me a lot ,I was so embarrassed to need an ambulance it triggered my anxiety but he really kept me calm and honestly I would have been in so much more pain had he not been involved so thanks so much ALEX!
Lots of cardio machines, full range of free weights. Overall it’s a wonderful experience until someone starts singing out loud like they are at home in their shower or starts calling people and talking to them on speaker phone in the hot tub, sauna or steam room.
