Disappointing... staffs do not know even the equipment are out of order. The swim suit dryer has been not working so long time and no one is fixing. Many people here feels similar including previous ac experiences. North Austin life time is good though... Just the problem of this branch.
The showers smell so bad! And it is SO hot at this location, it is a safety hazard!
The air conditioning has been broken for as long as I’ve been a member. What’s going on? It’s very hot upstairs and it’s June. They have been saying it’s going to be fixed for a long time now
Very hot especially upstairs. Not that crowded and running trail is nice but the temperature in the summer is unacceptable
Update: June 2025 the AC is still broken lol. Wild. Close the whole location down. Update: late may 2024 and it is HOT in here. The other recent reviews about an underpowered AC seem to have some legitimacy to them. Confirmed with GM the entire upstairs AC is broken and awaiting a repair. OOF. This seems to be a pattern if you go through reviews historically. See pic for completely disabled upstairs thermostat.
