Can't seem to maintain the air conditioner, let alone maintenance around the club, for what we spend to go here. The swimsuit machine was broken for over a month. The shower is still broken (only HOT water) after being out of service for a good 6+ months. And LGBT hate crimes with no follow up by management.
The AC has been broken upstairs for over a year now at this location. I have to go to the north location now. Just wanted to mention in case anyone is thinking of joining this gym.
This gym has a serious issue with the AC system. It’s around 80 degrees upstairs in the summer and the men’s locker room is ever hotter! The management seems completely apathetic to the issue.
Disappointing... staffs do not know even the equipment are out of order. The swim suit dryer has been not working so long time and no one is fixing. Many people here feels similar including previous ac experiences. North Austin life time is good though... Just the problem of this branch.
