Amazing facilities and wide selection of classes and add ons. Shout out to Jason who is an excellent trainer. I was especially sore/stiff the day after a hard workout and did a dynamic stretch session with him. Felt 100% better afterwards. I look forward to working with him more. The membership is expensive but totally worth it with all that’s included.
Stretch specialist Jason did a fantastic job. What I appreciate is his knowledge about his craft (both stretching and personal training). He also suggested other gym equipment/resources that I could use (on my own) to help me become more flexible. He definitely cares about satisfied clients.
I had a 1:1 coaching with coach Carleigh, She is amazing, even though this was my first time ever in gym she made it easy and clear for me to work on goal. Also I like how the gym is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful..Thank you Coach Carleigh and Thank you LifeTime 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Nuked the basketball court for pickleball, which isn’t a real sport. Doesn’t meet the Life Time brand standard
