Ladies…if you are looking for a stylist, you must visit Veronica at Lifetime Fitness and Spa. Not only did Veronica deliver a fabulous look, but they also shared valuable tips on how to maintain my new style at home. I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and confident, with hair that looked and felt incredible. She is also very flexible with her schedule to make sure your needs are met.
First time meeting Veronica she was super sweet and really slayed my hair, I got the silk press, and she did a phenomenal job!!
This review is for Veronica at LifeSpa Finding the right hairstylist can be a challenge, especially after moving to a new area. After a long search in Ashburn, I’m so happy to of found Veronica! She is truly the best at what she does especially when it comes to caring for Black hair. Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks exactly how I envisioned it. We really like it here. All the trainers seem nice. Love that there is a pool, sauna, and steam room. The food from the cafe is yummy. My only complaint is that the showers aren't that clean..but there are blow dryers and nice locker rooms. There is also a family locker room available for parents that have children of a different gender. The family locker room has a passcode that is given only to these particular parents, so there aren't alot of random people walking around or undressing while you're changing your kids.
There are some great things about this gym. Indoor pool, kids area, steam sauna etc. However, every few weeks the front desk has a brain fade and I've to go through our membership details all over again. As others have pointed out, depending on the day, the front desk member can be quite rude or confrontational. Seems like a simple problem, but it does appear that their new staff members don't get adequate training on how to check accounts with kids.
