I am beyond frustrated with the membership support here. I had a family emergency that kept me away from the facility for over two months. During that time, I called the front desk because I couldn't access the online portal to pause my membership. I was promised a callback from a manager that never happened. When I finally got through to membership support to resolve the billing for the time I was away, I was told, 'I don’t want to lose my job, so I can’t help.' I’ve been coming here for over a here and I just cannot speak highly enough of not just the facility, but the people who work here as well. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s such a special community of truly just the best people. And if you have children, this is THE gym! The kid center is unmatched to anything else around, and my three boys all love coming here to play, and most importantly, have bonded with so many of the people that work here. Love the lifetime and the organization; The club, amenities, members, It’s a pleasant experience however today was a let down. The front desk representative, MANNA, was reactive, hostile, and completely unwilling to provide a solution. Instead of allowing me to work out or helping resolve the issue, she actually recommended that I go to LA Fitness — which made no sense, especially since the guest I brought is a current LA Fitness member who is considering joining Life Time. Highly recommend Jason Cooley as a Stretch and fitness specialist! Very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely good at what he does!!
Amazing facilities and wide selection of classes and add ons. Shout out to Jason who is an excellent trainer. I was especially sore/stiff the day after a hard workout and did a dynamic stretch session with him. Felt 100% better afterwards. I look forward to working with him more. The membership is expensive but totally worth it with all that’s included.
