Amazing and super clean!
Lifetime used to be our safe second home until I noticed my daughter, who was a team member, treated aggressively in front of me by the GM while he did not noticed my presence. The second frustration was when I reported what I witnessed to the Sr member relations manager, Bab, almost a month ago, and yet I have not heard anything! There is not a clear concern/ complaint channel that we can get through and this is not appropriate that there is no way for our voice to be heard.
I’ve had a membership for a month now. Every single time I come in, I get harassed by front desk worker Dilli. She is not capable of being a supervisor and acts like a child every time I come in. She harasses me, treats me like I’m not welcome, and has honestly made my experience a nightmare. Love the rest of the staff members, but she is horrible at what she does.
