MY SON AND HIS GIRLFRIEND HAD A SESSION ON 5/15. THIS WAS A GIFT FROM ME TO THEM. THEY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE ULTRASOUND. THEY CALLED HER NUMEROUS TIMES AND WERE IGNORED. I CALLED HER ON 6/5 AND SHE ANSWERED, POSSIBLY THINKING I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER. SHE ASKED ME TO CALL HER THE NEXT MORNING TO “REMIND” HER TO SEND THE EMAIL. SHE STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED AFTER SEVERAL VOICEMAILS AND TEXTS!
