I recently phoned LSA and was able to get through to a lovely lady named Kim. I would like to provide some feedback regarding her compassionate nature, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Kim was so helpful, patient and was able to find the right psychologist for my requested needs. As I work in the mental health industry myself as a recruiter, I cannot express how appreciative I am for her assistance and customer service I received today. Thank you Kim!!!!
