Phyllis is completely unprofessional and rude at best. From the moment my husband and I booked her for services, she displayed unprofessionalism and provided excuses. She missed our first appointment and blamed us for it, told us she checked to make sure our insurance would cover the expense of her services, and then charged our card for several hundred dollars 5 months later when she filed a claim with our insurance under medical services instead of behavior health services. Phyllis is such an extrordinary counselor! I have suffered with depression, anxiety, past hurts, and more. Just by seeing her for one month has changed my life and my prospective. Her approach to my mental healing has been more than I could have ever done for myself. I am in a much better space and will continue to utilize her in my journey through life.

She helps us to talk about and through things that we may not communicate with one another about at home. She helps us to strengthen what we already have and to work on coping skills and communication as a couple and as a family.

She’s also very flexible and understanding to limited time and difficult schedules. Neither of us ever have to take off of work to make appointments work for us, and that’s... read more
