I couldn’t recommend Hilary enough. She is nonjudgmental and patient. She never pushes me to do anything but is helpful guiding me in the right direction. I’ve met with a handful of therapists throughout my life and I’ve never felt that any were capable of the work Hillary has done. I started working with Hilary in 2020. Her feedback and support guided me through some extremely challenging and difficult decisions. Hilary helped me sort through the noise to realize what actions and steps I needed to take to get my own life (and mental health) back into my own hands. Hilary is easy to talk and I felt comfortable with her immediately. She has really helped me and I remain a client, but one in a much better place than when we first began!
