No followup to my first appointment despite promises of doing so. Paid the initial fee in cash and got a call about a month later asking why I hadn't paid the bill yet. Needless to say I haven't gone again.
I had a positive experience with my therapist and no concerns regarding their care. However, the administrative side of this agency is incredibly unprofessional and raises serious ethical concerns. I had a session on 12/23/2025 and paid my copay at that time. I was explicitly told that if I owed anything additional due to insurance, I would be contacted.
