I feel it incumbant as a parent of a special needs child to say that this company is either deceptive and nefarious or riddled with incompetence. I had to personally recover insurance payments becasue they left pages blank on their authorization forms for nearly a year. They cannot retain BCBAs or RBTs. They fail to communicate necessary information that effects services. Good care at this location, but management has strange business strategies. I am a parent, and my daughter is authorized 40 hours per week of therapy, but is currently down to about 18 hours because they can't keep therapists working. Why can't they keep them? Because even though our family's insurance company (BCBS Federal Employee Program) pays them 125 dollars per hour, they have the audacity to pay my daughter's therapists less than 20 dollars per hour, but keep expanding and opening new centers in new cities.
