Six or seven years ago I went here They were great at first then they told my mom and I that they couldn't help me anymore And wanted me to go to the Arkansas State Hospital but my mom who was my guardian at the time said no. So they referred me to Ozark guidance which is now called something else. Ozark guidance is awesome I recommend going their instead of here.
They removed my review. Do not go to this place. Very unprofessional, unethical and uncaring. This is about the therapist J R. You know who you are. Your office knows who you are, if they still keep you.
This is regarding the therapist Jessica Robinson. We had an appointment today at 4pm. We arrived at 4:06pm. In the past, she told us that if we arrived 10 minutes late, she would not see us. We had been on time and occasionally a couple of minutes late. Today, she suddenly insisted that we had to be there before 4pm and ready to go. She said she cannot charge the insurance if the session is 53 minutes long. She wanted to change to a 30 minutes session right there. She was rude and yelling at us. Just started going and so far I’ve really enjoyed it! The person I’m seeing. Has stayed in touch very well with me, especially with the possibility of inclement weather later this week
My whole family is in therapy at life strategies the counselors are very good at their jobs I have been seeing Jessica Turner for a year now she has helped me so much and her emdr therapy is amazing my 2 daughters are 16 and 22 the differences in our family life is amazing I have been to 2 different therapist and life strategies is the best I have recommended them to a couple of friends my daughters love their therapist I would give them a hundred stars if I could but I have to settle for 5
