Gave was my sales rep.... He was highly professional, and understood the paperwork very well. He easily accommodated any questions that I have about the procedures throughout the whole process. He was very patient who out my mini questions involved in my first storage unit application ever. I wish customer service were this good everywhere! :)
BEWARE I would not reccomend to anyone.i caught them going thru my unit and they said it was just a monthly inspection. You cant buy your own lock, you pnly get the one they sell. Tons 9f hidden fees i was charged for a unit twice the size of mine and it was so hard to get ahold of someone who knew what they were doing. I can tell they dont train employees and have tons of empty units.

Store is always clean, the staff is very friendly, and they have all of the merchandise I need without the hassle.
My cost was pretty good, And the staff was nice and welcome there was good talk and I got what I wanted. ~THANKS JESSIE.
