Terry has been awesome to work with. Really knows the meaning and value of customer service. I’m on property quite often. Terry knowns my name and never hesitates to stop for a moment to say hi.
I'd give a higher rating, however Life Storage as a whole has some "fixing" to do as far as regulations and some rules. They have a new online "Rent Now" system which is great but make sure you check the property /facility before you chose and/or use this option to secure a storage unit. I initially rented a unit at the Pond Springs location and found out there's a safety issue there (I often go at night by myself). Rick, the manager is awesome!!! The Manager David know how to treat his customers, very nice and laid back but at the same time very professional.I would recommend to anyone if you need a storage go there !! David the manager will treat you well.
