The cube smart manager on red bank road was extremely helpful in giving me information and helping me set up my account. When I got there to store my items, she personally showed me how everything works and showed me where my unit was. She was very pleasant, helpful and courteous!
Bri was awesome! She was patient with our questions and made sure we found a storage unit that would be the right fit for our needs. Moving can be stressful, but we were appreciative that Bri made this part easy.
I’ve had a fantastic experience with CubeSmart over the past several years. It’s easy to rent units and manage them with their mobile app — autopay, gate codes, etc. The units are clean and the space is climate controlled. There are drive in bays and carts for unloading your stuff, which is especially nice in the winter months. The staff is excellent and very helpful, especially Brie. And the prices are very competitive if not lower than the competition.
The office girl (Bri) is very friendly and helpful. The storage is clean and climate controlled.
