Bri. Was very helpful at assigning me my Cubesmart. Not only was she very polite she was also very patient with me explaining how to access the facility.
Rental process was fast and easy. Unit was ready to go very quickly.
Extremely disappointed with this facility. We trusted their promise of a climate-controlled unit—only to find thousands of dollars' worth of our belongings covered in mold. Their air conditioning had failed, multiple times, and no one informed us. When asked about it, the on-site manager admitted there had been issues when the AC went out—then tried to backtrack.
