They stored my stuff. Tucked away. Needs cleaner bathrooms. But… next to karate. 5 stars.
We used to rent from this facility and left due to personal reasons. We decided to give it another chance because of the professionalism and warmth that came from Bri. She is a true Gem, and this place is lucky to have her. She is very service oriented with a great capacity to multi task in an unrushed manner.
This place is clean, easily accessible, has carts for you to use to make it easier on you, and is always having deals on their units, so price wise it can hardly be beat. Plus they are open long hours.
Bri has been super helpful finding the best option at optimal cost to store my stuff including different locations around cincinnati. I fully appreciated the top service!
