Fast efficient and very friendly!! Our new storage home!
I started with compass storage because they did offered a slight below rate than other store units based on them not offering any promotions at all. I was happy until they have increase my unit $30 in the last 7 months and they have never notify me. When I called they say they can’t do anything about the increase and that I should’ve receive a notification about the increase on the mail, I told them I haven’t and the rep was not helpful at all.
